CARBERNET
SAUVIGNON
Rich and complex. Intense vibrant berry flavours. Well balanced with velvety fine-grained tannins, harmonizing well with a hint of oak. The ideal companion to juicy roasts, meaty casseroles or sizzling steaks. Serve between 16 – 18ºC. This Cabernet Sauvignon is one of our favourites because of its complex taste and well-balanced finish. This wine can age under ideal temperatures for 8 – 10 years although it is very subtile and well balanced to be enjoyed now.
